Few things lift the spirit more than beautiful voices raised in happiness and harmony.
Come and join the Bayside Divas in a concert hosted by St Laurence Anglican Church to celebrate Seniors Month. The concert is a free event sponsored by COTA (the Council on the Ageing) and will be followed by a shared afternoon tea.
This is a great opportunity to see the Bayside Divas perform a selection of their favourite songs from their repertoire over the past 20 years. Led by their Musical Director Sandra Milliken, there will be something to everyone’s musical taste, from pop classics to musical theatre, through to contemporary hits.
Bayside Divas Lift Spirits of Seniors with Joyful Concert
Concert coordinator Christine Reed said she loved the connection of singing with others.
“I’ve been a member for over 10 years now and just love it,” Christine said. “Some very good friendships have developed.
“I enjoy learning the new repertoires for our concerts and that we cover a range of musical genres.”
The motto of the Bayside Divas is: ‘In Voice We Rejoice’. Come and join them for an afternoon of music with a cuppa and cake!
Bookings are required. Phone St Laurence Anglican Church on 07 5419 0835 and leave a message on the answering machine.
