The Dag Pub puts the tiny town of D’Aguilar on the map by hosting BIG names in entertainment and the 2024 DagFest lineup is more iconically Australian than ever.

Headlined by Ian Moss, DagFest goers will also be treated to many other performers bringing the best of Australian rock, country, blues and roots.

Founding guitarist and occasional vocalist of Cold Chisel, as well as having solo hits including Tucker’s Daughter and Telephone Booth, Aussie rock legend Ian Moss said he was looking forward to having a great night at DagFest.

“One of the best things about touring is playing places in Australia that you have never been to, and D’Aguilar is one such place,” he said.

“Regional Australia has always been so supportive of my career away from Cold Chisel, and Southeast Queensland audiences have always embraced us.

“While we’re still finalising our set list, I can promise you it will be a collection of the songs you’ve come to love and expect from us.”

Ian Moss isn’t the only Aussie legend to grace the stage this year – Brian Mannix and John Kirk of Uncanny X-Men fame have teamed up again to perform their hits such as Everybody Wants to Work and 50 Years.

The rest of the performers are legends in the making:

  • 19-Twenty is a popular high-energy blues and roots band delivering fun, foot-stomping rhythms.
  • Young band The Buckleys blend country with rock, pop and 70s nostalgia and have already achieved five top-five singles and four Golden Guitar nominations.
  • Fans will recognise Pricey as Josh Price, founding member and former lead guitarist, songwriter and vocalist of The Chats – now going solo and cheeky as ever.
  • Xray Cat is a band of talented youngsters so popular at DagFest last year that they have been invited back.
  • Tennessee Lights play an eclectic mix of Aussie rock characterised by crisp vocals, dynamic guitars and pounding drums.

Aussie music, great food and cold drinks in an iconic beer garden – it doesn’t get much better than that!

Tickets start at $84.40. For more information and to book, visit Dag Pub’s Facebook page.
