The much-loved Longman Seniors Expo is returning this month, bigger and better than ever!

Once again hosted by Member for Longman Terry Young, the 2025 Seniors Expo will be held over two days of learning, laughter, and local spirit in Caboolture and on Bribie Island, and everyone is invited to come along.

The expo is a free, community-centred event designed to bring seniors and their families face-to-face with the services, support, and advice they need to live well and stay connected.

“These events are a fantastic opportunity for seniors to connect with vital services and enjoy a great day out,” Mr Young said. “I encourage everyone to come along, there’s something for everyone.”

What to Expect at the Expo

Whether you’re a senior, a carer, a family member, or simply a supporter of the community, the expo will showcase more than 130 exhibitors ready to share expert advice and essential services tailored to seniors.

Visitors can expect a mix of healthcare insights, aged care resources, community support information, and interactive displays. Got the grandkids in tow? There’s a kids’ area to keep the little ones entertained while you enjoy a sausage sizzle, a coffee cart, and show bags full of goodies.

There will be lucky door prizes and plenty of giveaways up for grabs. And best of all? Every dollar raised through the event will be donated to a local charity, helping those in need right here in our own backyard.
