SpiritFest will return to Caboolture this March, bringing together spiritual practitioners for a full day of alternative wellness, natural products and community connection.
Held on Saturday, 14 March, the event will take place at the Caboolture Historical Village, offering visitors the opportunity to explore a wide range of spiritual and holistic offerings.
Caboolture Gem Club secretary, Lyn Watson, said the idea for SpiritFest grew from her long-standing personal interest in spirituality and the club’s experience hosting large community events.
“I have always dabbled in all things spiritual from an early age,” Lyn said. “The Caboolture Gem Club holds a Gemfest every year, so I spoke to the committee about the possibility of running a spiritual festival. It went to the members, and most of them agreed it was a good idea.”
Run by the Caboolture Gem Club, a not-for-profit organisation established in 1971 and operated entirely by volunteers, SpiritFest was first held in 2024 and returns this year for its second event, with organisers hoping it will become a regular fixture on the local calendar.
What’s on Offer: Crystals, Healing and Family Fun
Visitors will be able to browse a wide range of stalls featuring jewellery, crystals, wellness products, essential oils, natural face and body products, minerals, and a dedicated gem sieving corner for children. Spiritual offerings will include meditations, healings, Reiki, crystal and hands-on healing sessions, with readers available throughout the day.
Food and refreshments will also be available on site, including coffee, doughnuts, burgers and a sausage sizzle, along with café meals and baked goods. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will also be offered.
Lyn said events like SpiritFest provided an important opportunity for the local community.
“It is something that doesn’t happen every day,” she said. “It gives traders, readers and healers a chance to promote themselves. It is a great way to promote the Gem Club. It’s an enjoyable day out.”
The event will run from morning through to mid-afternoon, allowing visitors to drop in at any time. Entry will be available at Gate 1 on the day, with parking offered on site via a gold coin donation. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children between 12 and 18. Children under 12 are free.
