See the Maroons battle it out with the Blues on a big screen at Groovin’ in the Green this month.
With both Queensland and New South Wales already chalking up a win, the State of Origin Decider is set to be epic. NRL fans will be able to cheer on their favourite team at Groovin’ in the Green – Rocks the State of Origin, which will bring Game 3 to the big screen at Wamuran Sports Complex on 8 July. The event is organised by Mask Events and presented by City of Moreton Bay.
Director of Mask Events Domenic Fusca said he was excited to bring the game-day atmosphere to Wamuran for the first time.
“From footy fans to families, it’s about creating a fun night out with a stadium feel right here in their own backyard,” Domenic said.

The free, family-friendly watch party will feature a live DJ, LED performers, roving entertainment and plenty of pre-game fun. There will be space to kick a footy around, as well as free face painting and colouring-in activities for the kids. Food trucks will be on site, and a licensed area will also be available.
Attendees are encouraged to pack a picnic rug, wear their supporter colours and join the community for a night of rugby league under the stars.
