Twenty years of community connection is an achievement worth celebrating, and the Upper Caboolture Farmers Assembly Hall (UCFAH) plans to do it in style.
The UCFAH Mid Year Event 2026 on Saturday, 18 July will continue the tradition of bringing the community together for a memorable day for all generations.
Secretary of UCFAH Committee, Shelley Poor, said the event showcased everything that made the Upper Caboolture countryside community special.
“It’s a great day out for the whole family,” Shelley said.
“The atmosphere will be friendly, welcoming and full of country charm. We bring together great market stalls, great people and a great community spirit.
“People who have been before say they really look forward to attending again. We also look forward to new people discovering why this event is so beloved.
“Come along, support local small businesses and meet the people who provide farm fresh produce and handmade wares, while having a lovely day out.”
The day promises country-style markets, live entertainment, displays and plenty for kids to do. Attendees can browse the large variety of stalls and enjoy coffee and something to eat while listening to the band or buskers playing live music. Activities for the kids include games, face painting and a petting zoo. There will also be prizes and raffles throughout the day.
A Family-Friendly Celebration of Community and Local Spirit
Another part of the celebration of 20 years of community, memories, and milestones is the creation of a special History Wall.
Shelley said the UCFAH Committee is looking for photos of events, volunteer memories, historical moments, family and community gatherings, fair and market photos, and any special memories connected to the hall for the History Wall.
“Whether your photos are from 20 years ago or more recent, every memory helps us celebrate the people, events, and community spirit that make UCFAH so special,” Shelley said.
“We would love to include them in our display and help tell the story of our amazing community.”
