Caboolture is gearing up for an exciting New Year’s Eve celebration, with events happening across town to suit all tastes and styles.
At Sports Central Caboolture, the night will sparkle with Drag Me Into 2026, featuring Bebe Gunn, back by popular demand, alongside two supporting queens. The evening promises two comedy drag sets, a live guest vocalist, a countdown party with the queens and DJ Colins, and a glitzy photo wall with fun props for everyone to enjoy.
“We always have such a hoot bringing Drag to Cabo, and what a better time to do that than New Year’s!” Bebe said.
“Have you had a terrible 2025?! Have you been kicked down over and over this year? Have you lost your job or gotten a divorce in 2025?! Well, I can’t do anything about that (off to therapy, babes) BUT I can give you the right way to start 2026! Can’t wait to see everyone soon!”
Tickets start at $60 and can be booked here.
Over at the Sundowner Hotel Motel, there’s something for the whole family. Starting with chef’s specials for lunch and dinner, the Sundowner is set to light up the night with a face painter from 6pm in the Bistro and a Kids Glowstick Party at 7pm in the Beer Garden. Adults can enjoy a “Sundowner-style” celebration in the Outdoor Beer Garden. Book a table here.
Diverse Parties Across Town
For those looking to dance the night away, the No Scrubs: 90s and Early 00s NYE Party promises to bring back iconic hits from the Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, Britney Spears and more. Attendees are encouraged to dress in theme, as prizes will be awarded for best-dressed and giveaways will greet early attendees. Get your tickets here.
At the Morayfield Tavern, colour is the theme of the night. Guests are invited to wear their brightest and boldest outfits, with live music starting at 9am. There will be a selection of canapes at 11pm when the winners of the Most In Theme Colour prize will be announced. Expect party poppers, glow sticks, and a celebratory vibe. Purchase tickets here.
The Sandstone Point Hotel is hosting a PBR Rodeo featuring top-tier riders and rising stars from the Can-Am Junior Academy. Gates open at 3pm, with rodeo action from 4pm. There will be live music, food vans and bars. Afterwards, head to the Sandbar Stage, Nightclub, or Oyster Shed Beach Club for a New Year’s Honky Tonk with live tunes, DJs, and a countdown to 2026.
